Home of Wickens, boasting an award-winning wine cellar and accommodation galore, the Royal Mail Hotel also makes available private dining spaces for you and your group. The Wickens private dining room (pictured first) provides groups of up to 14 with an unparalleled private dining room, feasting on seasonal degustations from the 2-chef hatted Wickens chefs. The entire restaurant above is able to be booked for extra special functions, as can the casual dining bistro, Parker Street Project. Parker St also also has a private lounge meeting room with a working log fire catering for groups of up to 14, adjoining their view-laden courtyard.
Just down the road, their historic 1840’s bluestone Mount Sturgeon Homestead has a divine dining room ideal for board meetings or catered intimate functions. Surrounded by acres of garden it provides opportunities to add marquees for your conference or event.

Hamilton’s Speckled Frog Cafe is renowned for its great food and friendly service. Additional to the restaurant which can be totally booked for private functions, it has a function space situated at the back of the main venue able to seat up to 65 guests complete with it’s own bar.

Housed in a beautiful two-story bluestone building sits an incredible café/restaurant like no other, with a charismatic atmosphere oozing opulence and sentiment. Situated upstairs sits two private function rooms, one with a real log fire, that can cater for up to 50 guests coctail style if booked together. Woodfired pizza paddles and local wines are a speciality here, and they also have a festoon-lit courtyard under marquee cover near their coffee roastery ideal for group dinners in warmer months.

This quirky cafe has multiple unique spaces perfect to hire for private functions, all with a warm ambiance and memorable details in the styling. The entire cafe can come alive of an evening for group bookings, or you can take over the light-filled conservatory area (pictured above), the upstairs Blenheim Bar with it’s chesterfield couches and wine barrel balcony bar, or the courtyard areas with their attached bar. Situated in the main street of Hamilton, Tosca Browns is the ideal location for small business meetings, corporate events or private social gathering.
