The Hamilton Exhibition & Conference Centre is a 955 square metre state-of-the-art facility which can be partitioned into three separate function spaces; Dundas, Napier & the Fashion Pavillion. The space can be configured to suit functions for 10 to 800 people, including conferences, dinners, fashion shows, expos & weddings.
A light-filled glass Atrium foyer space connects the spaces & provides an ideal area for registrations, networking drinks & pre-event functions. The Atrium leads out to a large lawned area & 85,000 square metres of outdoor space, commonly used for agricultural events, trade shows & expos, circuses & markets.
The centre is well-equipped, accessible & well maintained with a large commercial kitchen, & high quality furnishings & crockery included in the hire of the venue.
Hamilton Showgrounds
12ha of grass & gravel outdoor space commonly used for agricultural events, trade shows & expos, circuses, markets & car shows. Secure buildings include the Red Shield Meeting Room & 2 sheltered Pavillions, plus ovals & exhibition facilities suited to animal displays & demonstrations. 40 power bollards,
2 floodlights & toilet facilities perfect for trade sites, portable accommodation & entertainment.
