MONIVAE COLLEGE CHEVALIER CENTRE

The Chevalier Centre at Monivae College can hold dinners, balls, conferences, performances, sporting events & business events of any kind. Large spaces include two full size stadiums, including one with tiered fully retractable seating for over 700. An additional 300 chairs can be included in this venue.

HAMILTON golf club

The Hamilton Golf Club is one of the Western Districts leading golf courses with spectacular 18-hole grass greens. New members & visitors are made very welcome. One of the Club’s many attractions is it’s generously sized function room with a glassed wall overlooking the golf course. The Function Centre with bar & kitchen facilities provides the perfect environment for conferences & special events with great views in a peaceful setting.

HAMILTON institute of rural learning

This unique mud-brick complex offers the ideal venue for conferences, seminars, meetings, weddings, expos & other functions of varying sizes. The largest indoor space is the Function Hall, which seats 12-150 for seminars & talks, or 60-80 with tables for weddings & parties. This has an attached kitchen with stoves, warmers, microwave & fridges. A connected dining room seats 40 guests, plus there’s a small meeting room with offices.

Built in 1874 to accommodate the lady pupils of Alexandra College, Alexandra House is a beautiful historic building overlooking the heritage-listed grandstand of Melville Oval. Now a multi-purpose accessible venue used as a bistro and function centre for events of all kinds, from board meetings and large group meals to conferences and weddings.
