Herrmann Wines Cellar Door
Set on a hectare at the foothills of the Grampians, Herrmann Wines boasts a beautiful cellar door that has perfected the pour for work drinks. Specialising in Pinot Noir and Rosè, delegates will love relaxing amongst the gum trees while savouring a spectacular sip.
The Roxburgh
Housed in a beautiful two-story bluestone building, The Roxburgh oozes opulence and sentiment. Downstairs there are art-adorned spaces leading to the courtyard and upstairs find two private function rooms, one with an open fireplace, that can cater for up to 50 guests cocktail style (if booked together). With an atmospheric laneway also on offer, The Roxburgh certainly sets the scene for cocktail hour.
Tosca Browns
With warm details and memorable styling, Tosca Browns has multiple spaces for private functions. Available in the evening, the entire café is available for hire or take over the light-filled conservatory or Blenheim Bar that is adorned with chesterfield couches and has a wine barrel filled balcony. Situated in the main street of Hamilton, Tosca Browns also offers a delicious array of dishes from their talented chef.
Pierrepoint Wines
Set on a scenic five-hectare vineyard, Tarrington’s Pierrepoint Wines boasts spectacular views across a charming valley, sugar gum plantation and picturesque lake, as well as remarkable views of Mount Napier. Groups can play lawn games in Summer or enjoy tastings and grazing tables around the log fire in Winter. Make a Henty Wine Tour of it and take your group to other local wineries; Herrmann Wines, Bochara Wines and Hochkirch Wines to name just a few!
Parker St Project
A cool and casual offering from the Royal Mail Hotel team, Parker St Project offers indoor and alfresco dining spaces, both of which have spectacular Grampians views. Group bookings can be made for the bistro, alternatively a private function room is also available. With a range of speciality beers on tap, cocktails inspired by their revered kitchen garden and local wines by the glass, the Parker St Project is positively perfect for networking drinks.
The Cally
It’s indoor and outdoor drinks at their finest at The Cally. Groups can hire the outdoor beer garden for private functions and take advantage of the undercover areas, wall-heaters and fire pits for festoon-lit drinks. Sections of the indoor restaurant can also be partitioned off for private groups with access to the bar, pool table and jukebox.
The Commercial
